Everyone are always friendly and helpful. The opening hours are great. More pre book-able appointments would be useful.

When you phone to ask to see the doctor, the receptionist asks what it is regarding. After telling them and going to the appointment it turns out it has been made with the nurse. The nurse sees me but tells me I need to make an appointment with the doctor to get the medication so I have to make another appointment and return to the surgery at a different time. This has happened three times now! When I call to see my gp I would like to see the gp!

I've been to this surgery so many times thanks to a little one and my gp and the nurses i have seen are always very helpful. Getting an appointment is also easier and they do early and late evening appointments. I have been very pleased.
